We are a consulting/advisory and execution firm comprised of a group of finance and technology professionals with
specialized expertise in the financial, legal, non-profit and insurance industries, focusing on targeted engagements
involving business turn-around, financial restructuring, capital raising, and developing tools to enhance business
and marketing productivity. Each individual brings over 15 years of client development, business strategy, and
product development expertise.
We are generally retained by the Executive Director, Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Financial Officer of our client
firm and brought in to address a strategic or tactical need that existing staff does not have the time or resources to
address.
We work on a retainer or contingency basis, depending on the scope and tenor of the project.
